China sending 12-man medical team to Philippines

China on Thursday announced it is sending a 12-man medical team in Manila on Sunday to help the Philippine government in its efforts to address the 2019 coronavirus disease outbreak, which has claimed 107 deaths.

The team will give technical advice on epidemic prevention and control as well as sharing medical treatment experience, a Chinese Embassy statement said.
Members of the Chinese medical team are:
