DOH reports 1, 949 COVID-19 cases
The Department of Health (DOH) reported 1,949 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases on Monday, bringing the total to 513, 619.
Active cases reached 27, 765 following 7,729 recoveries and 53 deaths.
Davao City topped the areas with the most number of COVID-19 cases with 99 followed by 98 in Quezon City. Cavite had 74 cases, Baguio City 73 and Leyte, 63.
Total fatalities from COVID-19 reached 10, 242 while recoveries rose to 475, 612. DMS
