Metro Manila, four areas under yellow rainfall warning: Pagasa
Metro Manila, Pampanga, Bulacan, Tarlac and Bataan are under yellow rainfall warning until 8 pm, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Saturday.
The rainfall warning means floods are expected in flood-prone areas.
The metropolis has been under yellow rainfall warning since Friday night.
The rainfall warning is due to the southwest monsoon enhanced by Tropical Storm ”Falcon”, which entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility late Friday.
Red rainfall warning, the highest of Pagasa’s color-coded rainfall warning, is up over Zambales. This means serious flooding is expected in flood-prone areas. DMS
